Shipping policy

Order processing

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping times

 

Domestic (Croatia): 3-7 business days

Rest of European Union: 5-10 business days

Other international destinations: 7-15 business days

 

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

 

Customs and import duties

 

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
